Below is the full message from Ismailer's announcement:
Dear Team—
I know you all just finished your gathering - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the good news. Previously I sent you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most driven and talented creators we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re eager for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.
The player input from last autumn’s the game playtest was enlightening. It affirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but indicated we still had refinements needed. It revealed the necessity for a more distinct brand.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the criticism to consideration and overhauled Project ETHOS with a renewed goal - one that’s positioned to achieve its promise to our players.
The trust in this project increases every day. To boost the outstanding advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to announce the new hire as the incoming Lead of 31st Union. After some time of discussions, he officially joins us on the specified date.
Ben’s leadership and background in the competitive gaming field is vast, having spent the past decade and a half developing and overseeing some of the most recognizable franchises in gaming, for example the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in greeting him soon. We are all eager to keep witnessing the progress of the game in the time to come.
The President

Or go big, risk it all, and pray your group can secure victory? The choice is up to you."
Project Ethos lacks an confirmed debut schedule or consoles, but enthusiasts can look forward to further news as production continues.
